Digitalization is based on the development of automation,and the current development of intelligent manufacturing puts forward higher requirements for the management and control of the workshop.Compared with the traditional monitoring system,the 3d real-time monitoring system is helpful to realize the rapid location of equipment fault and the allround management of the production workshop.Starting from the key equipment of the automatic production line,this paper studies the key technologies of data acquisition,data transmission and storage management,3d interactive environment development and other three aspects of the production line equipment,and develops a 3d real-time monitoring system of the automatic production line.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,through in-depth research and comprehensive comparison,the data acquisition and development program of production line equipment was determined.Through analysis and research,the key technologies for the establishment of the virtual environment of the monitoring system were determined.Based on the functional requirements of visual monitoring system,the system framework of visual monitoring system is constructed,and the system development technology scheme based on C/S architecture is determined.Secondly,this paper analyzes the automatic production line robots,PLC,CNC machine tools and other common equipment data transmission mode.The data acquisition client of Siemens s7-1200 PLC was developed by using OPC technology,and the data acquisition client of robots and CNC machine tools was developed by using secondary development interfaces such as dynamic link library.At the same time,this paper develops MySQL database server based on hibernate technology,optimizes data service management and reduces system performance expenditure.Building a database access channel by using Photon Server technology,which is based on the principle of Socket.The client of the 3d monitoring system is developed based on MVC mode,which is conducive to realize real-time access and interaction between the client and the database and thus the response performance of the client of the monitoring system will be enhanced.Then,this paper focuses on the description method of object motion behavior in virtual environment.The connecting rod coordinate system of the robot was established by d-h parameter method,and the forward and inverse kinematics equation of the robot was solved by closed solution method,and the forward kinematics equation was used to locate the 3d model.Then studying the model dynamic behavior description method,bounding box technology and human-computer interaction technology.Based on the above technology,the 3d virtual interactive environment is constructed and developed.Finally,studying the operating principle of the automated production line experiment platform.The development and experimental verification of the 3d monitoring system are carried out to verify the technical feasibility of the development of the real-time monitoring system,and the optimization direction for the subsequent expansion of the system is proposed.
