The rapid development of science and technology and manufacturing technology,especially the development of commu nication technology and manufacturing technology,to promote the continuous improvement of the level of automation technology in industrial production.PLC(programmable controller)as a kind of special application environment for industrial automation equ ipment,with characteristics of strong anti-jamming ability and stability,occupy the important position in the industrial control field,with PLC as the core of the integrated automation plane and industrial robot automation system has become today's enterprises to seek industrial upgrading,change the mode of production,to improve efficiency,reduce production costs to chase the target and is a hot topic of research in the field of industrial automation.This topic through the process of learning method the basic theory and reference to the high-end equipment manufacturing process and experience,according to needs and characteristics of the air conditioning assembly line,automation transformation of part of the process of the production line,and to meet the modern industrial production of air conditioning automatic production control system put forward the corresponding improvement method.Using this system to Siemens PLC S7-300 as the control core,on the one hand,combined with characteristics of the production process of the automatic production line of air conditioning,the specific process,process analysis and technical feasibility studies,and puts forward the specific process automation solutions.On the other hand,the system of overall framework and software and hardware design,to power system,a vacuum pumping loopholes in the system,stacking shift load circuit design and working principle of the system design,and carry out the promotion and improves the system anti-interference ability to design and improve the system for the interference of power supply,control system of interacting adaptive ability.Software design with the aid of integrated industrial automation technology development platform,to carry out the automation system of software programming design and human-computer interface design.The whole system through the PROFIBUS-DP field bus communication mode will be integrated with each function module,realize the automatic production line assembly,testing,packaging and other aspects of the whole process can be monitored automatically.Validated by the running effect of the system,the results show that the improved process after the whole assembly speed has improved significantly,at the same time corresponding to the location of fewer people,to achieve the expected design goal.Basically realized the automation of key systems,achieved good effect.the advantage of this system has high cost performance,which can realize the function of the system of monitoring and remote contr ol,with good usability,to raising the level of automation in home appliance industry to provide research train of thought,has good popularization value.
