In the construction process of an aerospace model product assembly production line,faced with the complicated assembly process and complicated material transfer tasks,this paper studies the collaborative control method of the material transfer robot of an intelligent assembly line of aerospace equipment,and proposes a multi-robot conflict response strategy by using AGV and industrial robot technology to fuse sensor information according to the process requirements of the final assembly production line,and uses genetic algorithm to plan the transfer time priority to solve the route planning problem with time window.The improved artificial bee colony algorithm is designed to determine the optimal space transfer path,realize the global optimization problem of AGV in the production line,and use ADRC control algorithm to cooperate with industrial robots and AGVs to transfer bearings to the working area of automatic stamping machine,improve the anti-interference ability of industrial robots,and optimize the transfer process.In addition,the transfer of materials from the three-dimensional warehouse to the station is fully realized,and the automatic transfer of bearings,stamping and other work tasks are carried out during the industrial robot during the period.The collaborative control system of the material transfer robot of the intelligent assembly production line,according to the environmental layout and process regulations requirements of the final assembly production line,proposes the material transfer strategy,combines AGV and industrial robot technology,uses the improved intelligent algorithm and advanced control method,and proves the efficiency,reliability and stable operation of the collaborative control system through simulation and experiments,improves the material transfer capacity of the production line,and has high engineering application value.
