With the rapid development of market economy and the fierce market competition, the market has evolved into a dynamic ever-changing market. The ability to respond quickly to the market and reduce production risks have become important conditions for survival in the fierce changing market. Virtual manufacturing is an important means to achieve this goal. The simulation of production line is the core of virtual manufacturing.In this paper, we not only give the physical model, but also build domain models for the virtual production environment, which can help us to check the state of production lines from multi views and analyze the disturbance between the virtual production lines. The simulation system can provide foundation and environment for the further research. According to the known production data, with virtual technology for modeling and simulation of production lines, we can predict the impact of random disturbance on the entire production lines, which provides the basis for the analysis and optimization of production system and makes the design more scientific and reasonable.In this paper, firstly, we analyze the Job Shop scheduling problem and build a model, using the Tabu Search algorithm to solve it. The result obtained is a reference for the actual production, and also the input of this simulation system. Then we use DDD (Domain-Driven Design) to establish a complete set of domain objects. According to the domain object model, we build a computer simulation system, and map the equipments and jobs to the software system. Finally, the MVC architecture is used to design the simulation system to realize multi-view. The simulation of workshop will present all the virtual production lines, through which you can easily view the utilization of equipments, find the bottleneck equipment, check machines’ and jobs’ state at a simulation time, which can provide a good research method and experimental environment for plan generation, capacity assessment and dynamic programming of the production line.
