The rapid development of the current network media, media influence on students’ behavior has become increasingly evident in the Overseas Chinese University of Chinese Hong Kong, Chinese Macao and Chinese Taiwan students studying with other students of different contact from the mainland, the seat of life, such as multiple foreign media, there are differences of ideology behind the media, especially the Western powers attempt to occupy the media ecology to the media as a bridge ideological penetration. Therefore, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students to the university research to enhance the level of media literacy, and to explore ways of media literacy education can improve students’ media literacy and citizenship, promoting their active participation in national and public life, and consciously safeguard the public interest and the national interest, and enhance Chinese cultural identity and national identity, and thus to encourage students in the midst of international competition, the active sound position to seize the public opinion fight for the right to speak the media, the spread of Chinese voice, speak good Chinese story.Paper Huaqiao University, for example, from media literacy education purpose, content and the way the three aspects of the status of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students to carry out the analysis of media literacy education, through Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students’ media literacy situation and the need for empirical analysis, that the Overseas Chinese University, Hong Kong Taiwan media literacy education students exist not systematic, lack of a single content, teachers and students’ initiative, limited radiating and other issues, and the absence from the education department functions, university media education is missing, the negative impact of the media, students through media self-regulation is not strong four aspects of cause analysis.
