Baidu, Tencent and Alibaba actively built up their own platform to make business perfect.It’s significant for operators to open, for example, Orange Partner of France Telecom and Ribbit of Britain Telecom. In the face of News clients’ threat, MNS should open to the Third Party.Therefore, this thesis mainly focuses on the following contents:1). This thesis makes an introduction about the architecture of MNS firstly, then gives some modifications and reasons of Mobile News System.2). In order to send Third Party’s news, Forward Agent was added. Forward Agent’s function will given, according to the processes of forwarding messages. In this thesis, optimization of message scheduling strategy is designed and implemented so that the News and forwarding messages mobilize together. The flow control is added to control the quantity and speed of forwarding messages, protecting the platform from the forwarding messages’s impact finally.3). In order to the Forward Agent responses to scheduling module quickly, encapsulating forwarding messages into messages which conform to parlay X and sending to distributing modules. Moreover, in order to ensure forwarding messages aren’t lost when the system restarts, disconnects and is abnormal, forwarding messages must be stored. In this thesis, storage block is designed and implemented. When the buffer is idle, reading some messages into the buffer, which improves the utilization rate of storage equipment.The experimental results show that forwarding messages can be sent through MNS successfully, and doesn’t affect the normal business. Each module is modified reasonably, effectively, Forward Agent is necessary.
