The communication network service open is the next generation network important characteristic. Parlay X/OSA standard is the widespread approved service opening standard in the communication and IT industry. Parlay X/OSA standard is based on the Web Service technology, and it is also a network service open architecture. As a result of compunication network hetero structure characteristic, complexity, speciality and multiplicity, Parlay X/OSA standard only defined the service-opening interface APIs, and not furtherly provided the concrete realization definition or the concrete low layer protocol mapping standard.This article deeply researched the mobile communication network technology and the network elements composition of the communication network. Inside the Parlay X/ OSA standard foundation, proposed uses the SMPP short message communication protocol mapped with Parlay X/OSA SMS standard and the realization framework, proposed uses the MM7 multimedia short messenge communication protocol mapped with Parlay X/OSA MMS standard and the realization framework.In the concrete protocol mapping and the realization process, this article uses the methodology of from the top to down, layer by layer mapping research technique, mainly realizes the service interfaces and the low layer protocols mapping from four specification hierarchy: Parlay X/OSA service architecture mapping to the low layer protocol. Parlay X/OSA open service mapping to the communication sessions. Parlay X/OSA APIs mapping to the low layer' s operations. Parlay X/OSA API operation' s parameter mapping to the low layer PDU.Through these researches and the practices, finally this article succeeded with realized Parlay X/OSA SMS and MMS service open interface in the existed mobile communication network.On the other hand, along with the information technology development, the distance learning technology also in unceasing extending with the fusion, takes Parlay X/The OSA service opening service application demonstration, this article has further explored the distance learning technology and Parlay X/OSA integration application question, has produced auxiliary teaching system design proposal based on the mobile communication network service, served the integration for the distance learning technology and the communication network to provide one kind of path.
