| There are many successful examples to build open platform, such as Tencent Open Platform and Facebook Open Platform. With the rapid development of Mobile Internet nowadays, it is becoming an important business model to make services to be open.And then telecom operators are building their open platform.However, there would be many challenges for operators.Firstly, with the development of mobile Internet, it will be more and more difficult to deal with network traffic growth and the secure of platform. Secondly, design of platform is also an important problem, just about the architecture,function of platform, what services to open,and how to collaborate with partners. At last, how to implement the design of open platform is a challenge.First of all, this paper stated the background of research. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and development trend of open platform, telecom operators should build their own open platform. Then, the performance and secure issues were researched. In this part, a solution of LVS+Keepalived was proposed to improve performance. And a decentralized authentication and authorization model based on OpenID and OAuth was also proposed. In next part, this paper designed the open platform about the system architecture, business architecture, what services to open and business model. Finally, based on the design, this paper implemented the open platform of telecom operators by Axure. And, some important business processes also were tested.This paper studied open innovation and business drive of telecom operators. This research has enriched the performance and secure issues, provided a solution of how to build open platform for telecom operators, and also researched about the architecture, function of open platform, services to open and the business model. |
