After many years of rapid growth the mobile phone industry development in China, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. From the development trend of the market, Half dozen Chinese take over the top 10 shipment volume of the Global smart phone ranking. The foreign brands were impacted. They experienced the collapse of the company and the rise of the company. In order to better meet the needs of customers and project launch on time, it’d batter to do the risk management in the R&D stageThis article will be through the development of the mobile phone K910 project as an example, and risk analysis in the process of development. Hope to point covering all risk analysis for the development project of mobile phone. K910 mobile phone R & D project analysis to do as the following:(1) This paper systematically analyzes the results of a large number of domestic and foreign scholars in the risk assessment of underground engineering. And To sort out and sum up the risk and a series of problems during the process of mobile phone R & D project;(2) Classified and sorted out the mobile phone R & D projects in the implementation process of risk sources. Using the structural decomposition method to identify the risk, and to apply the method of investigation and expert scoring method in the project.(3) Use of multi domain risk analysis method. Search for the optimal method for risk identification of K910 mobile phone R & D project. Example: applied to other areas of social factors analysis of the introduction of the mobile phone R & D project risk analysis. Some methods for risk identification of general engineering projects will be adopted as check list, DFMEA, FTA process. Effectively applied to the risk identification of mobile phone R & D projects.
