The development of mobile communication technology and the 4G network more popularity,the mobile Internet industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Due to the versatility and convenience of mobile devices,a large number of users without use the traditional PC Internet and directly use the mobile Internet.Because of our country's huge population base,the popularity of mobile applications has made,our country became the world's important mobile Internet application market.More than millions of mobile applications have been developed to meet the needs of people,and mobile Internet products are more popular with user.The mobile Internet's relevant industry has a large number of employees,and the mobile Internet industry has contributed greatly to the development of the economy.So the FIMAGE project is a multi-platform photo editing and graphic design product developed to meet the needs of users in the mobile Internet era.The FIMAGE project requires every design element of the product is to strictly follow minimalism,and through the product to present to the user the most smooth,most beautiful photo editing and graphic design experience,in addition to providing a light and versatile photo editing tool for the individual users,the design function can also meet the small and medium-sized business Image design needs of small companies,self-media industry,student clubs and individual operators.From the perspective of project risk management,the FIMAGE project is fundamentally different with the traditional software project.The traditional software project is mainly for the PC environment and the PC environment's risk is controllable,but the FIMAGE project is mainly for mobile devices,mobile devices is wide variety and the corresponding versions of each device may pose risks to the project.Traditional software projects have been developed for many years,and the technology is relatively mature and stable,but the FIMAGE project involves more new computer algorithms,cloud computing,distributed storage and AI,use some new technologies may make the technical risks are high.Mobile devices are refreshed with frequently,the operation between devices is inconsistent,so the product design risk is higher with traditional software.Based on the FIMAGE project management,the risk part is specially extracted from the project management process of the FIMAGE project.From the current risk management status of the FIMAGE project,based on the characteristics of the project risk.Risk categorize management,and then construct a risk identification matrix through project risk analysis,next using the risk dynamic evaluation model that based on fuzzy principle,through the quantitative data provided by the project team expert evaluation method,risk dynamic assessment is applied to each cycle of the FIMAGE project,and based on it make various risk response measures,management tools and control strategies,and effectively control the risks of the project,properly handle the adverse consequences caused by risk events,and ensure the realization of the overall objectives of the FIMAGE project,and try to reduce the risk cost of the project.The goal of this paper is to explore the risk management of mobile Internet projects through project risk classification,project risk identification,project risk analysis,project risk assessment and risk control by applying advanced project risk management theories and methods to the construction of actual mobile Internet project.And practice a set of risk management methods for mobile Internet projects to provide reference for other projects in the industry.
