With the development of information technology, achievement evaluation has become an important means of bank. In recent years, in order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of its own, banks began to vigorously the introduction of new technology, new equipment and new production process to achievement evaluation. At the same time, in order to ensure that the evaluation and management ability of employees can keep up with the development of the bank, we must strengthen the achievement system.This article provides a rudimentary design project of achievement evaluation system of the bank. Based on an introduction to the main functions of every system module, the paper analyzes and discusses the key technologies applied in system design. Including bank performance assessment inquire,Performance evaluation management,evaluation index management, Performance evaluationre, Performance evaluation analyse, the process of each module is described, which involves all the key modules are defined, and elaborates the relationship between classes. In functional testing including core functions of all; in performance test, the widely used LoadRunner software. Through the construction of application scenarios, test scripts construct, apply to some extent in the information system load and pressure, to determine the system response time, the operation of the system and other indicators, to evaluate its stability.
