This article is designed performance management of staff appraisal system uses B/S structure, the back-end database using Access2003. Test results management system, through feasibility analysis and detailed investigation, clearly the main functions of the system:the logged-on user, the management of users and the general user management, the management of employee information, including new recruits employee information, add, delete, change, check the basic information of the staff, for staff to change test results and records management, as well as management of the higher authorities of information and assessment information to determine the system by user management, employee information management, assessment content management and departmental management and other subsystems components.
