With the increasing size of Chongqing City Taoranju Food Culture Co.,Ltd.,the traditional manual operation mode in the work more and more cannot effectively fit the real purpose of company performance appraisal.It is difficult to further improve the performance of company systematically.It is an urgent need to solve the problem using information technology to effectively support the performance appraisal.In this paper,after careful study of the actual situation of Chongqing Taoranju Food Culture Co.,Ltd.,the B/S development architecture was used.C # was used as programming language.Visual Studio 2010 was adopted as integrated development environment also.The database was designed with SQL Server2008.The staff performance appraisal management system for Taoranju is implemented.Five functional modules including system maintenance,performance appraisal management,personal performance information management,assessment information query and appraisal output are designed and implemented.The system maintenance functional module includes sub-functional modules of maintenance of department information,maintenance of staff privilege,maintenance of assessment indicators.Performance evaluation management includes sub-functional modules of starting monthly assessment program,attendance information entry,the number of services reviewed,the number of services rejected,attendance information audit,performance evaluation,performance appraisal results summary,monthly assessment program termination and monthly performance wages.Assessment information statistical query includes sub-functional modules of performance appraisal information query,index detail query,examination department information query and performance pay query and other sub-function modules.Personal performance information management includes personal information management,the number of services entered,the annual personal summary of staff,performance appraisal results query,individual job goals,performance payroll query and attendance information query.The implementation of the system to meet the Taoranju Group performance evaluation and incentive measures for limited use principle,the method of qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis combined with the actual situation of the company based on the business achievements.The problem of reward distribution and staff incentives was solved through this system.
