Discussion On The Construction Of Media System Under The Background Of Internet+

The "Internet+" as a hot word that widely spread as the prime minister Li Keqiang’s government work report during the period of NPC and CPPCC.As a concept,It is not a new word,it be noticed and discussed in the Internet industry Before being rose to national level.As a kind of semi-structured concept,The lack of another subject shows that it has a lot of space behind the "+".With what method to add,and what kind of bonus effect will reach,it is not entirely within the estimate.The popularity of "Internet+" is a direct reflection of Social development trend.That is, the Internet as an infrastructure that equally important with water, electricity and other energy sources,is gradually changing people’s work and life.For the media industry,the attitude towards the Internet is mixed.Today,People’s attention is attracted by a great deal of information that generated by the kinds of Internet giant and the we media community.Many traditional media began to conduct the "Internet+" transformation.However,due to fail to grasp the concept of Internet thinking,the operation road of traditional media still very hard.But most of we media platform and the content of the personal publishing are in the position of no effective regulation.The chaos in the media environment lead to that there are many communication subject in the social space,but from the point of content communication effectiveness,The utilization of information remains to be improved.This paper mainly focuses on the study of media system structure,which under the background of "Internet+" policy.Based on the present domestic media environment,divided the future standardized media subject into traditional media,Internet media and we media.From three aspects to respectively analyze three subjects which constitute the Spread closed-loop in the future society how their development status,with what defects,and what strategy need to shift or development trend of the future.At last,summary the concept of the media and the transition of the media function,transformation of government role and function it should play.To build norm and effective social medium system in the future,contribute my thinking.
