The internet is expanding by leaps and bounds, leading people into the internet era. As a new kind of communication medium, the internet has the features of the intercrossed communication methods ~. multi-media communication means .~ the digital information communication~ equal communication body.. unlimited communication. It has brought a great revolution in the communication domains in an unbelievable way.The internet has powerful impact on the traditional media and brings a big challenge to the news business of the traditional media; The traditional media news publicization is endangered and even its existence is also in peril. Aware of the urgency of their survival and development, the traditional media are planing to march into internet, setting up a 搘indow?on which they can live. However, for the traditional media there exist lots of restrained factors in the setup and management of webs; Furthermore, the survival circumstances for internet are not so favorable. As a result, there are lots of difficulties in the advancement of the traditional media to internet.For the traditional media, the appearance and development of internet is both a challenge and an opportunity. Advancing into Internet offers new opportunities for the development of the traditional media. Moreover, the world wide traditional media are marching into internet for they possess their own advantages. It is the tendency for the traditional media to realize self-reform by going into internet. In the internet era, the traditional media should grasp the opportunity, upgrade themselves, perfect the media webs, seek the interact and the cooperation in various ways. Only in this way, the traditional media can put themselves in an invincible position. Looking forward, we may conclude that the traditional media will exist and develop, the prospects of the internet will be better, the traditional media will be restructured. Relative laws and regulations should be further revised and perfected.
