In modern China Society, all walks of life are in the wave of revolution andreform, and they all get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh to finish their industryrevolution in order to become dominant business in this field.The traditional television media now is in this historic change. This articlepreferred to introduce the problem of traditional television media. These problems areincluding the system and marketing environment etc. After through analyzing thetraditional television media’s major competitors mobile internet new media somedeveloping situation and comparison, it is strong emphasize the advantage of mobileinternet new media and the traditional television media cannot equipped, meanwhilecompare with the two media campaign.The second part of the thesis is focus on the two developing batter’s platforms ofthe traditional television media, which are Zhejiang Satellite TV Channel andHunan Satellite TV Channel. Through the2traditional television media platformsproduce and distribute the programs: that is Dad Where We Go and The Voice ofChina to focus the analysis the reform direction of the2traditional televisionmedia—“Separation of Production and Broadcasting” and “OneTV Station to two Systems”. In the meantime, to analysis the Phoenix New Mediathat is own good reputation in the field. Through the Broadcast Network Interactive ofPhoenix New Media to analysis the reason for their success.The last part is beginning to deep analysis transformation of the traditionaltelevision media. The author thinks “Separation of Production and Broadcasting” and“One TV Station two Systems”is will become a trend of the top of traditionaltelevision media managing content. For revolution of the technical aspect, OTT TVtide is coming is better to provide new technology, content, media marketing andadvertisement sales in order to the traditional television media to revolution. From themanaging revolution for high level to the technology and content revolution for lowlevel have been forming a whole change the chain. The superincumbent manner ofthinking and from bottom to top’s underlying technology is the change in the sametime; finally, it is to achieve the secondary rebirth.
