According to the specific require ments of customer relationship management system, CRM system is divided into five functional modules, including customer management, marketing management, service management, analysis and decision-making, basic configuration and so on. The architecture of the system fully in line with the principle of MVC design, clear hierarchy and system operation good; the system architecture can help the enterprises to further enhance its customer management level, and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In the management of information enterprise, customer relationship management system can effectively improve the level of customer relationship management of modern enterprise. In order to improve and expand the new situation of customer relationship management, CRM information technology has been regarded as an important part of modern enterprise information management.
