More and more applications of Web application program is used, and there are many webprogram development technology, but most programs have that complex system structure,expansibility and maintainability is poor, difficult test problems, the MVC model has a good effect insolving these problems.MVC design pattern to the application abstraction for the Model (model), View (view),Controller (controller) three independent parts, both between the three division and cooperation,jointly realize the function of the application program, completed the task submitted by users, butalso makes the system has the advantages of clear bottom, development, coupling degree convenient,easy to test. Microsoft launched the MVC framework in the ASP.NET platform, a good supportsystem development based on MVC mode. ASP.NET MVC has many excellent characteristics oftheir.NET library, there is strong support, can be developed conveniently in accordance with theprinciples of MVC Web application.Customer relationship management is an important part of modern enterprise informationmanagement; customer relationship management system can effectively improve the level of theenterprise customer relationship management. According to the characteristics of small andmedium-sized enterprises, combining with the research on the theories and technologies of CRM andthe system needs analysis, using ASP.NET MVC technology, the design and implementation of acustomer management system. The system uses Microsoft SQL Server2005as the database server,using Microsoft Visual Studio2010as a IDE tool, using C#as an application development language,the target framework for.NET Framework4.0, and the database technology uses of LINQ-TO-SQLdatabase communication.According to the requirement of customer relationship management system, the CRM system isdivided into five functional modules, respectively is the customer resource management, customermanagement, customer service management, analysis and decision management, configurationmanagement. The system fully in line with the principles of MVC design, the hierarchical structureis clear, and the system runs well.
