Different media are restricted by itself multiple factors when they report emergencies, but single media unable to meet the information needs for the public. A variety of media practice and innovation, reported by the way of collaboration reported emergency, to meet the public’s right to know, the right to express, the positive and correct guidance of public opinion has become one of the important research topics.Based on the current situation of China’s emergency reporting, select the " Tianjin port explosions" as the object of study in August 12,2015. Using the framework theory and content analysis method, the paper analyzes the content of the " Tianjin port explosion event". Summarizes the posed by different kinds of media report on the " Tianjin port explosion event" of the news frame, and differences between the various media framework, for a variety of media in concepts, coverage and public opinion to guide the cooperation strategy.In this paper, the author found that the research on the cooperation of the three media reports, when an emergency occurs, a variety of media, through the strengthening of ties with the government, and strengthen the concept of collaborative reporting. In emergencies outbreak period, duration and recovery stage innovative ideas, content and form, playing media cooperation efficiency. They use the advantages of new media forwardly, create some new ways to lead the public opinion, try to show all processes clearly, lead the public opinion from sensibility to sense, portray a new image of the country. Three different media report "Tianjin Port Explosion" collaboratively. This paper will study this activity and provide a fresh perspective for research on unexpected event reports.
