Research On Semantic Framework Of Scenario-Based Emergency News Reporting

With the development of new science and technology,the application of artificial intelligence in the field of news communication has gradually received attention.Due to the frequent occurrence of various emergencies in recent years,which has caused a huge impact on the daily life of the public,how to apply artificial intelligence to news reports of emergencies has become a hot topic that has been discussed and studied in the academic and industry circles.In response to this problem,this paper has carried out the following three stages of research:In the first stage,the feasibility of this research is mainly explained from three aspects: market demand,data collection,and technology application.The collected literature on scenes,artificial intelligence,knowledge atlas,semantic framework,and emergency news reports is also collected.It sorted out and clarified the status of related research.In the second stage,the theoretical basis and cutting-edge technologies related to the semantic framework of emergency news reports were introduced,and the basic concepts of metadata,as well as its characteristics,functions and its classification,the basic concepts of ontology and the construction of ontology were discussed in detail Tools often used,the basic concepts and classification of knowledge maps;In addition,through the analysis of the characteristics of emergencies,the introduction of a semantic framework in the field of news dissemination to assist the production and dissemination of incident news;and Further analysis shows the necessity and urgency of the research on the semantic frame of emergency news reports.This part helps to understand the experimental principles and processes,and pave the way for the experimental part.In the third stage,the author used the experimental research method to take the scene of a fire emergency as an example,and based on a large amount of text data collected from the fire report,extracted the concepts in the fire emergency scene and the relationship between the concepts.Formed the ontology framework of the fire scene,and combined the ontology framework of the fire scene with the unified standard of "Report Planning and News Event Markup Language" promulgated by the state to build a complete semantic framework for news reporting on fire emergencies,and adopted Protégé The concepts in the framework and the relationships between the concepts were triple-processed to visualize the domain knowledge map of fire emergencies.Finally,combined with the case of fire emergency,the practical application and important guiding role of knowledge map in news reports are expounded.
