A Study On The Reporting Of Xiongan New Area Of Hebei Daily From The Perspective Of Frame Theory

Hebei Xiong'an New District was born under the announcement of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on April 1,2017.As soon as the news came out,it attracted the attention of the whole country and the world.Xiong'an New District is another national-level new district in my country,and it undertakes the task of promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The "Hebei Xiong'an New District Planning Outline" issued by the Party Central Committee pointed out that the Xiong'an New District must be built into international standards,Chinese characteristics,high-end positioning,a modern economic system,adhere to ecological green development,people-centered,and a people's livelihood guarantee system.A national model for perfecting and inheriting the excellent history and culture of the Chinese nation.Due to the importance of the Xiongan New Area and its early stage of construction,this subject has certain research value.The research object of this study is "Hebei Daily",which is the most authoritative and most circulated official media in Hebei Province.From the beginning of the establishment of the Xiongan New Area,"Hebei Daily" has kept a close watch on the Xiongan New Area and set up a special page "Focus on the Xiongan New Area" to report the latest developments in the construction of the new area.Therefore,selecting "Hebei Daily" as the research object of Xiongan New Area is the most representative.In order to analyze the overall characteristics of the "Hebei Daily" reporting framework for the Xiongan New Area,and its problems in the process of reporting on the Xiongan New Area.Starting from the perspective of framework theory,this article adopts content analysis,text analysis and comparative analysis.First,it analyzes the data of "Hebei Daily" news reports in Xiong'an New District by quantitative analysis,and then uses text analysis to study the details.The content of the report summarizes the framework presented in the report of the "Hebei Daily" on the Xiongan New Area,and compares the report framework of the Xiongan New Area with the state-level party committee newspaper "People's Daily" to find out where the "Hebei Daily" is Report the deficiencies in the report and provide relevant suggestions for improvement.Based on the analysis of reports on Xiongan New Area by Hebei Daily,this study found that its reporting framework presents its own characteristics from the perspectives of cognition,value,and issues.The report mainly tends to report on Xiongan New Area from an objective and fair standpoint.The coverage of topics covered in news reports is relatively comprehensive,showing an image of a high-standard model room featuring construction coordination and efficiency,green ecological development,technological innovation-driven,and people-oriented.In general,the Xiongan New Area reported by the "Hebei Daily" is consistent with the planning and construction requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council for the Xiongan New Area,but there are also various problems in the reporting framework,such as lack of in-depth reports and news.The single source channel and other issues,based on the comparison with the "People's Daily" reporting framework for Xiongan New Area,also provided optimization suggestions that the "Hebei Daily" can learn from in the news reporting process.
