Nowadays, with the impact of the macroeconomic and financial situation, Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperative Union finds out the current situation and makes a decision to transform into the retail banking, and focus on carrying out business innovation and business transformation, so that it can build a new growth point and achieve sustainable development. According to the plan, we will make the business model of our Union an excellent "customer--expert bank" in the future. It means that we have a certain size of the target customer base, and become their financial services experts. These require our union to be more understanding to customers, and collect different levels of customer needs so that we can change the marketing concept. Then, we should strengthen our marketing, and promote the further development of the business.This paper describes the design and implementation of customer service management system of Credit Cooperative Union. Firstly, the paper introduces the development background of the system, then analyzes the requirements of the system. Based on the analysis of system requirements, the purpose and principle of system design and the technical architecture of the system are introduced. Finally, the system is carried out on the system of encoding to realize the functional requirements and non-functional requirement of Credit Cooperative Union and gives part of the realization of the code. What’s more? The system integrates the various functional modules. And after it is tested, the system gives some function test cases, so that it can ultimately meet the users’needs of the customer service management system of Credit Cooperative Union.The system uses three layers structure technology. It is developed by using JavaEE technology. After that, it realizes some functions,such as the business system data integration, customer information management, customer service management, work platform management, system management and so on. The integration of system data realizes the functions of data filtering of each business system and the customer information management. The management of the customer information realizes the inquiring of customer information, the maintenance of customer information, customer group management and customer transfer. You can use customer service management system to make a new task, arrange tasks and maintain the tasks. The service platform has realized the function of the important Calendar Reminder, the transaction change prompt, message notification, statistical analysis and so on.The system has realized the functions of user management, organization management, role management and system parameter maintenance. Provide a supportive platform for the basic marketing unit of customer service managementThe construction of the customer service management system provides a support for the basic marketing unit of customer management platform and promote the transformation of customer management ideas and methods. On the one hand, the system shows the information, process and results by making the chart. On the other hand, our union can manage all the customers in the system to provide the data and information of customer management for the Junior staff. Furthermore, it offer the technology support to our differentiated marketing. All in all, the practical application shows that the system can effectively liberate the basic account managers from the heavy manual management. And it has a big difference to the service marketing of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperative Union.
