The Research Of The Electricity Customer Credit Risk Management System

This paper mainly deals with owing the electric fee, defaulting on the regulations to use electricity, phenomenon of the theft of electricity,and other problem for every power company's customer, using theories of credit assessment, theories of owing the fee risk assessment, theories of electricity demand forecast, theories of detecting the theft of electricity to develop the system to solve the existing problems, thus effectively reducing the company's operating risks, and protecting the legitimate interests of enterprises, for the local power industry to create favorable conditions for sustainable development. Then we use the Oracle to build a databases and use the PB to research and develop the electricity customer credit risk management system,Complete various functions for such as credit assessment, owing the fee risk assessment, electricity demand forecast, detecting the theft of electricity, customer information management etc. Therefore, the system design for the electricity system staff provided effective assistance.
