The development of internet technology makes hunan credit cooperatives pay more and more attention to developing customer-oriented development strategy.The customer-oriented and customer-driven business model is to realize two-way communication between hunan credit union and customers and build a convenient,efficient and fast information sharing channel.Customer relationship maintenance management system(customer relationship maintenance management)is an important way for both parties to achieve effective communication.Combined with the analysis of system requirements,this paper first designed the development steps and main functional modules of the customer relationship maintenance management system,and determined the overall structure of the system and the relationship between subsystems.Secondly,the design of the system database is realized,various data information related to enterprise operation is analyzed and the correct conclusions are drawn to support the decision-making of enterprise management personnel.This system mainly USES performance evaluation method,complaint evaluation method,factor influence method and so on,and verifies the accuracy of the result output.The author focuses on the work for the design of work performance evaluation program.The estimation of work performance is composed of two parts: the estimation of work performance of the staff of hunan credit union and the estimation of work performance of the unit.The estimation of the number of complaints consists of the estimation of the frequency of complaints against the employees of hunan credit union and the number of complaints against the unit.The impact factor estimation consists of three parts: the approximate estimation of user requirements,the estimation of user's dissatisfaction with service reasons and the estimation of user number reduction factors.Help hunan credit union to discover potential valuable information resources.The software architecture adopted by the customer relationship maintenance management system in this paper is a B/S three-layer structure mode,which is featured with high efficiency and stability.At the same time,we selected vs.net 2015 as the development platform,SQL 2010 as the database server,and C# as the main programming language,and finally applied ADO.NET technology to achieve efficient database communication on the Internet.Customer is the core element in the customer relationship maintenance management system,and hunan credit union's marketing strategy formulation,development strategy planning,and internal control system establishment are all carried out around this core element.If hunan credit cooperatives has advanced production technology,scientific and reasonable development strategy and excellent hunan credit cooperatives culture,with the help of customer relationship maintenance and management system,good customer and hunan credit cooperatives relations will eventually form.
