Nowadays,rural credit cooperative,a big league in banking,is playing an important role in promoting the development of modern economy.With the rapid development of the rural credit cooperative,the funds transfer pricing is increasingly determined by the structure of indebted customers and the cost of debts,which has greatly influenced the level of profitability and the risk condition of the rural credit cooperatives.Therefore,a sophisticated and highly effective customer relationship management system is needed for the rural credit cooperative to assemble and collect the business information of departments and customers.At present,the research on customer-centric agricultural credit cooperative customer management system is still few.And,the traditional product-centric business information system is no longer appropriate for the developing situation,and it will bring a great challenge to the development of the agricultural credit cooperative.The agricultural credit cooperative is mainly serving for agriculture,farmers and the countryside,and the main business is to absorb deposits and issue loans.Based on the characteristics of the agricultural credit cooperative,this paper presents a customer-centric agricultural credit cooperative customer management system.The main research work is organized as follows.1.To start with,the research background,the research conditions at home and abroad and the key technology of the customer relationship management system is described and then the reason of we use JAVA MyEclipse platform and SQL Server2005 database in our system is talked about.2.The feasibility of the customer relationship management system is analyzed.Then,the use case diagram and the system activity diagram are presented after a detailed analysis of the system user.Also the nonfunctional requirement of this system is analyzed.3.Based on the analysis of system requirements,the detail design of the customer relationship management system is presented.Including the design principle,system sequence diagram,architecture design,static structure design,database design and the design of credit rating evaluation method.The current research result and the further step to improve the system function are concluded after the above discussing.And the next research and work are also expected in the paper finally.
