Since the domestic telecommunications market as a whole is still in its period of rapid growth, there is no lack of common customers, but the valuable customers, so what the customer relationship management system (Custom Relationship Management, CRM) is focused on exploring and developing valuable Customers, and improving customer satisfaction, loyalty and marketing level. This paper puts forward how to analyze consumer behavior, value and loyalty, to subdivide customer groups and implement distinguishing marketing ,to build customer credit management system and improve the anti-fraud systems, as well as how to improve and enhance some key issues in the current environment such as the system performance.The project is based on J2EE industry-standard platform for internet applications, it is a typical application of Struts. MVC design technology, the key part is to develop the credit system function module. So that it can establish the members calls package suited to various groups, the customer retention system; establish and improve customer credit management system, effectively prevent and control the credit risks,reduce the loss of arrears, respond to the arrears user timely.This thesis is focused on credit management module of Unicorn's CRM system, the analytical tools that provided by this paper is helpful to the fore-and-aft data link, and then it converts the data into information disposable, to realize sharing by extensive dissemination, help the leader to develop a more comprehensive decision-making, accurately forecast and analysis the target markets, customer classification and clustering, to improve the investment yield, establish the members calls package suited to various groups, effectively to prevent and control the credit risks, establish soundly arrears replevin systemAt present, the system has realized the credit management functions of Jiangsu Unicorn's CRM.
