With the reform and development of China's financial market,financial market has shown a flourishing situation of contention of a hundred schools of thought,the birth of many of the market,strong vitality of the commercial banks and financial market competition is very fierce.Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives using the traditional information management system can improve the quality and efficiency of business management,can not be for customers real-time selective,personalized service,so it is not able to provide customers with high quality service,reduce the service level and capacity of rural credit cooperatives.In order to improve the customer service ability of rural credit cooperatives,customer service spirit is needed to develop the customer relationship management system,so as to improve the degree of automation of credit cooperatives.Rural credit agency customer relationship management system is a kind of automation,sharing management system,can achieve customer basic information management,customer relationship management,customer relationship management,customer relationship management service and management decision analysis,in order to be able to provide meticulous and thoughtful service for the customer.This thesis first introduces the background and significance of the research of CRM system,analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and describes the B/S system architecture,.NET ASP technology,.NET ADO database access technology and database technology,which is the basis for the development of the system.UML use case diagram is used to give the system's logical functions,including system management,customer information management,customer management,marketing management,small business management functions,business management functions,comprehensive management functions and other seven parts,from the system robustness,robustness,stability and security,and other aspects of the system performance.The basic principles of system design are analyzed.Using the structured flow chart technology,each functional module of the system is designed,and the database is designed by using the E-R diagram and relational tables.The CRM system can achieve a high reliability of CRM system.It can reduce the risk of rural credit cooperatives,improve the competition ability and optimize management and control.Finally,the thesis tests the customer relationship management system,the testresults show that the system can meet the requirements of customer relationship management,and meet the design requirements.
