China’s credit unions customer service distinguish the difference when priority is to fully understand the type of customer, and a detailed classification, assess customer rating on this basis, then clearly defined standards of quality customers. Clear quality criteria for the classification of customers, banks should introduce different content for different levels of customer service, in order to develop and consolidate the quality customers, and thus make themselves stand out in many banks.Starting point of this study the actual needs of the unit based customer relationship management system, with the help of software engineering ideas and J2 EE to customer value assessment system has been designed, developed, the system includes not only the business requirements analysis module also includes a system framework design and functional modules, etc. so its use as a decision tree algorithm algorithms. The main contents are as follows:(1) Analysis of the background of customer relationship management system, defect and trends Summary of the study, to determine the main contents;(2) The object model to establish a unified modeling language;(3) Customer relationship management system workflow engine designed to determine the approval and monitoring process systems;(4) The main function of the system modules, including customer management, value analysis management, detailed design, and complete the design of the database model;(5) The use of decision tree algorithm customer value assessment and the design and implementation of customer relationship management system is completed.Whether the unit manager or management team, the use of customer value assessment system, one can save a lot of administrative costs, on the other hand you can also manage the implementation of force per unit increase play a role.
