In order to effectively manage business information in rural credit cooperatives, Improve the service level of the bank, to realize banking business automation and intelligent management. In this paper, Combined with practical needs, the use of software engineering, project management and other related knowledge and technology, and focusing on bank customer information management and statistical functions, the development of credit unions to achieve a set of customer management information system.In this paper, in contrast to the current domestic and international credit union customer management information system based on combined with the actual needs of rural credit cooperatives and to conduct field research, based on a J2EE system, using Struts mainstream technology, Sping technology, Hibernate technology and SQL Server 2008 Database technology for development, a customer management information system based on B/S three layer structure is realized. The main work includes:(1) Credit Union customer information management topics status and research background, present situation of the bank CRM research currently analyzed, and the main work and organization structure of this paper are described. (2) the demand for banking CRM system analysis and design. First, the system’s functional requirements use cases and non-functional needs analysis; secondly, the overall architecture of the management system is designed, and the main functional modules of the system are designed, and the sequence diagram and class diagram of each functional module are made; Finally, the system’s data model and data information table ER detailed design. (3) Banking CRM system implementation, system database configuration respectively, to achieve user login process, customer information management, banking information management, customer information statistics and analysis, and system data maintenance and other major functions of the implementation process of analysis, the key to achieve the analysis of the code and given the realization of interface diagram of each module. (4) for the full text of research work are summarized, outlook for future work.Through the implementation of the rural credit cooperatives customer management information systems of this design, to achieve management and statistical analysis of customer information of credit cooperative, provide the basis for the maintenance of key customers in the credit cooperatives and regional business, can protect user information security effectively, and the system is easy to operate, execution speed, with high value.
