Under the background of media convergence speed up, the growing increase of outdoor reality show only adapt to the change of media environment, break the traditional mode of one-way linear transmission, and seek content elements innovation to maintain a permanent vitality. The inspirational experience outdoor reality show "go fighting!" launched in June 2015, it carried out innovation on the strategy of content and communication, and won good audience ratings and wide praise.Firstly, this article defined the concept of outdoor reality TV show, and showed the method of realizing orientation and creation, and described the evolution process of outdoor reality TV show under the media convergence. Secondly, selecting dragon TV "go fighting!" as the research sample, and study the program from two aspects: one is from the seven content elements such as character elements, dynamic elements, structure elements, link elements, situational elements and so on, analyzing the content innovation of the outdoor show; The second is focusing on the analysis of the communication strategy of "go fighting!" microblog, deconstructing "go fighting!" official microblog before the program starts, during the broadcast and after the season finale respectively, analyzing release time, content, form, and the identity of original writers, discussing the communication innovation of the outdoor show. Finally, this paper revealed the domestic outdoor reality show features, there are serious consumerism, the tendency of excessive entertainment and values distorted, etc. In combination with the era background of the media convergence, putting forward the future development of the outdoor show should be based on big data technology to realize precise marketing, and cultivate professional shooting team, innovate the mode, and focus on traditional culture, carry forward the social positive energy.
