With the rapid development of media technology, television, network and mobile technologythat once independent has been merged, the media ecology has been reconstructed as well.Nowadays, some reality shows has paid great efforts to break the linear communication model andbuild integrated and interactive communication system.“The Voice of China”, one of the mostsucceed reality shows in China, innovated its content elements, communication platform and theapplication of social media to conform the trend. As a result,“The Voice of China” has reachedgreat successes in rating and marketing value.This thesis applies case study and content analysis research method to analyze the successmodel of “The Voice of China”. Firstly, this thesis gives a brief introduction of reality show, aswell as its characteristics and evolution process in China. Secondly, analyze the content elementsof this column, such as figure, motivate, composite and influential elements. Thirdly,analyze the integrated communication model of “The Voice of China”. Lastly, analyze themicroblog application strategy of this column, including the peaks of release time, release forms,contents, identities of those whose microblog were republished by official microblog. Based onthe results, this thesis develops a conclusion of how comments of this column reached geometricgrowth in microblog.
