With the constant development of information technology, the operation andproduction mode of every enterprise is being changed. The management style ischanged from the traditional manual work style to automationway. It promotes theoffice efficiency of each units. With the development of the economic level in ourcountry, the securities market intensifying competition. Every company extensives theoperating range, the number of the employee isincreasing in this situation. How toeffecrtively manage the relationship of the customer is the task of the company. Thistopic is the need of the securities company. Design and implement the customerrelationship management system. It is designed and implemented in the developmentof information. The system radically resolved the need of the management in thesecurities company. It is further improvd the economic effectiveness and promoted thecompetitiveness.Before designing the system, it is surveyed of the securities company. Therequirements analysis is got. The system devided into14modules. I participated thedesigning of the two modules in customer relationship management system ofsecurities company. They are work task management and work Log management, themain contributions are as follows:(1) For poviding a solid foundation to designing of the system, it’s required toanalysize the requirement of system and the work flow of each module according tothe CRM’s(clients relationship management) research and obtain the basic functionaland performance requirements.(2) According to the characteristics and requirements of the system B/S structure,it selected related technology,they are B/S structure、J2EE4-layer framework、Weblogic server、 Java language、 SQL Server2008. The paperintroduces the technology. (3) According to the customer requirement management system functionalrequirement analysis, the function preliminary and workflow is designed.(4) According to the system preliminary design, the detailed designing of thecustomer requirement management system is done. It included the two module’sEntity Relationship diagram and the designing of the database. The work taskmanagement module includes task allocation、task assignment、task adjusting、taskfilling、task querying and task statistics. Work log management module includes worklog filling、personal log actualizar、public activities registering、public activitiesactualizar、work log inquiring、work log statistics、today’s summary and summaryinquiring.(5) In the end, the system is implemented and used in the company. The functionand the performance of the system is tested. The test cases is designed. The resultindicates that all the functionality and performance achieves the demand.At present, this system has been used inside the securities company, it improvesthe efficiency of the company customer relationship management. It has the theoreticaland practical value.
