With the business of securities companies increasingly fierce competition, in order to precision marketing customers to increase market share, and to better meet customer needs, securities companies requirement higher analyse ability. But customer analysis function of the traditional customer relationship management system has been unable to meet the requirements of the company’s development. The modern analysis on customer should take how to focus on serving customer in account, provide personalized service according to the different characteristics of customers, improve continuously customer trust and reliance, convert successfully from strengthening management of customers to improving customer service quality, so that the securities company achieve stronger market competition.Business intelligence (BI) technology is one of the most effective manner to manage and analyze information. It can also form the bedrock of securities companies’ risk management, performance evaluation, profitability analysis and customer relationship management. Business intelligence technology can analysis the relation between various kinds of data, measure customer’s requirements, loyalties, satisfactions, profitability, potential value, credits and risks, provide technical support for financial enterprises to identify different customer groups, determine the target market, different service strategy, and provide quantitative accurate information for management decision analysis.This thesis applies business intelligence (BI) technologies, includingdata warehouse, data mart, OLAP analysis, data mining, provides a comprehensive solution on analysis of securities companies’clients. The technology architecture of the thesis is through the data storage, data processing, data analysis, data mining and data display multiple levels, which to meet customer service analysis of targets at the same time, also to provide a reference valuefor the practical application of business intelligence technology. The major work of present paper are:(1) Complete collecting and studying requirements of analysis business of securities companies customer’s, and form the require analysis report.(2) Design of customer analysis model, including:index model, the model of data warehouse, data mining model etc.;(3) Complete the design work of customer analysis model system.(4) Achieve application system of customer analysis model, and emphasizes the realization process of model.(5) Analyze and explain the effect of customer analysis model.This thesis works around requirements of the customers, makes full use of BI technology, builds unified customer information center, establishes customer analysis model which meet the requirements of securities companies based on massive data, and eventually set up a complete customer analysis system.
