With the development of the country’s big data strategy, the era of the interconnection of all things is coming.As the carrier of the signal acquisition and transmission, radar can achieve further, faster and more accurate data acquisition and processing.High speed signal acquisition board, as an important part of radar, has become more and more important in the field of space exploration.To be able to timely and accurately capture high-altitude data of the explored object, the research on the high speed multi-channel signal sampling technology has more and more practical significance.Based on the research of high speed bus technology and multi-channel signal sampling,this paper presents a design scheme of high speed multi-channel signal acquisition board based on CPCIe architecture. The scheme uses the virtex-6 series of FPGA as the main controller, which produced by Xilinx company.And this scheme uses high performance dual channel ADC, DAC conversion chip as the signal collecting and reading unit, combining with many pieces of large capacity DDR3 SDRAM as the cache unit.With the use of FPGA internal integrated PCIe hard solutions, the CPCIe bus interface unit has been constructed. In this paper, the hardware and software of the signal acquisition board are introduced in detail.The entire board design uses a top-down design ideas, each unit conducted a comprehensive simulation, testing and validation.The board can simultaneously 4 channel analog signal acquisition and transmission at 100 MHz sampling frequency,and the rate of the PCIe interface data upload is not less than 800 MBps.In view of the particularity of the application field of the board, the function of the CPCIe high-speed signal acquisition board has been tested through the software platform, and a variety of hardware tests have been carried out in different environments.Experimental results show that the design of CPCIe high speed multi-channel signal acquisition board cansatisfy the requirements of the system, and can enter the trial stage.
