Manual management cannot satisfy theactual requirement, therefore the level of salary management should be updated.Salary management is necessary for all enterprises, it is very important to the financeof a company. It will lead to a final decision if the salary record is clear. Usinginformation to manage the salary which is not only improve the efficiency and qualitybut also to make the enterprise modern. Salary management is belonged to financemanagement. The majority aspects are: salary, well-being, benefit, department andenterprise informationThis system mainly realizes the management of employees, employee wagesmanagement department management, employee rewards and punishments and sendmessages, employees can report the abnormal information of wages, the administratorto see abnormal information processing and reply, the subject also achieve automaticcalculation of salary information and five social insurance and one housing fund,through the centralized operation WEBSERVICE implementation performanceevaluation the client, through asynchronous processing mechanism of AJAX to realizethe interactive, improve the financial personnel calculation efficiency, reduce the errorof the system, but also realizes salary comparison function, and increased employeeattendance function, and add automatically send e-mail and SMS alerts, convenientemployee timely query wages, improve employee evaluation efficiency.
