Under the background of "new normal of China's economy",the internet accelerated speed of new economy has broken the original enterprise,how to use the talent competition,how to fully arouse the staff's enthusiasm and creativity,which is a very important issue concerned by enterprises,so in the modern enterprise human resources management,employee performance appraisal have crucial role.As a performance management tool,the key performance assessment indicators combine the advantages of result-oriented and behavior-oriented assessment methods,and the enterprises are relatively simple and effective in the actual operation process,so they are widely used in modern enterprise management.Shenzhen Huawo company is a private high-tech enterprises,focus on overseas mobile phone business in these years,and it have obtained very good development and expansion,and made great achievements.but after a high-speed development stage,Huawo company has exposed many problems in performance management,the original performance evaluation mechanism is more and more do not suit the enterprises development,so it is necessary to make a effective optimization and design.The analysis and research basis of this paper is mainly based on performance appraisal theory such as key performance appraisal(KPI).The first part of the paper mainly describes the background and significance of the research.The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant theories of performance appraisal.The third part is to analyze the current situation of Shenzhen Huawo company's employee performance appraisal,through the questionnaire survey method to understand the current company's performance appraisal problems,and combined with the survey results,to analyze the reasons behind.The fourth chapter is about the improvement design of Shenzhen Huawo Company's employee performance appraisal based on KPI.The key success factors are decomposed step by step by step through fishbone diagram,and finally the KPI index system is formed,and then the new performance appraisal scheme is implemented.The last part is the introduction of Shenzhen Huawo Company employee performance appraisal implementation safeguards.This article trying to analysis the current Shenzhen Huawo company performance evaluation system problem,and combining with the professional knowledge,trying to design a set of key performance appraisal indicators as the core of performance appraisal system for Shenzhen Huawo company,on the one hand,we want to be able to pass the optimized performance appraisal which can attract and retain talents,and help enterprises to achieve strategic objectives,on the other hand,give full play to the key performance management incentive efficiency,and stimulate staff's work enthusiasm and initiative,enable the Shenzhen Huawo company continue to make the success in the business of overseas mobile phone market,and also can make the big improvement for advanced market competitiveness.
