First, according to the demand of thecompany, I finish all the process of software engineering. Furthermore, using UMLtechnique of the software engineering thought, this thesis set up object model, dynamicmodel, and function model, proposes the chart of function module structure and visibleoverall flow of electricity management system. In this thesis, the designing idea ofconstruction, the business analyzing process, the database designing, and the programming implementation in the end are introduced in detail.After the actual use, the human resource management system mentionedby thisarticle can satisfy the demand of personnel human management for the research centerof Shengli Oilfield Company. This thesis meets the function of system, and also makesthe system efficiently.
