With the rapid development of China’s service outsourcing industry, theincreasing number of enterprises’ employment and changeable national policies; itmakes the original outsourcing human resource management system unable to satisfythe current demand, hindering the development of more and more outsourcingcompanies to some extent.Based on J2EE technology, the system uses today’s most popular Struts,Hibernate and other technology frameworks with MySql database as a powerfuldatabase support to design and implement outsourcing human resource managementsystem.With the classic software engineering design methods, the system is researchedand developed in accordance with the requirements’ analysis, system design, coding,testing, and maintenance of the technology roadmap. The main steps of the researchand development: the system role analysis during the requirements analysis phase,data flow graph analysis, the system module design during the system design phase,key processes of the dynamic design and data entity-relationship model design, andthe deployment and coding during system implementation phases.The users of the system are divided into five classes: a super administrator, aHuman Resources administrator, Human Resources ordinary users, and customers peruser, ordinary users, and so on. Function modules are: employee informationmanagement, labor units management, service contract management, social securitybenefits management, performance assessment, attendance overtime management,salary adjustments, retired from management, dispatching management, payroll, auditfees, the cost of clearing, the system parameters set, statistical analysis, employeesearch, log management, rights management, performance royalty, etc. This systemcombines the main functions of general manpower outsourcing human resourcemanagement systems. Based on the above research and public information, we makeuse of the platform to build the human resource outsourcing services. You can have anumber of human resource outsourcing companies over one platform. Preliminary thesystem meets the design requirements through test running.
