With the rapid development of the computer information technology and economic, scale of enterprise becomes larger and lager, leading the traditional HRMS (Human Resource Management System) can not meet the needs of enterprise information management. There are a number of companies and researchers having conducted the research on HRMS, but there are some sorts of as follows: the architecture of HRMS, the connection between module functions, Access authorization as well.In order to solve the above shortcomings, we develop the DSHRMS (DongSheng Human Resource Management System), combing with the needs of the DongSheng Corporation. We develop DSHRMS in the NET Platform, combing with the three layers system structure. DSHRMS is based B/S pattern, DSHRMS proposed in the thesis is based on the research and summarizing the theory of HRM, combing with the actual situation of DongSheng Corporation. In order to enhance the scalability of system, we choose B/S pattern as the architecture for the DSHRMS, In order to enhance the security of information systems in the authorization, we introduce Role-based access control (RBAC) into DSHRMS, In order to enhance the access control in the process of DSHRMS, and we enhance the connection between function models.This system has applied the software engineering design thought and the flow, with the aid of the corresponding research and development platform and the technical research and development, has satisfied the demand analysis request, under the ASP environment, the programming has realized human resources management system, and has discussed human resources management link's with emphasis and so on the system's artificial employment advertise and personnel inspection concrete programming implementation situations, has given the core code and the onstage and the backstage contact surface design, and has confirmed this system's usability through the example. The system has certain stability and operation convenient after the test, has the good security, in addition the system has the good man-machine interaction and the unification contact surface style.
