"People" are the most important factors for any enterprise,and the foundation of a company's stable development.Meanwhile,human resource information is a major consideration for a company's decision-making.Therefore,human resource management plays as an important role as core business management to modern companies.With continuously growth in recent years,Tianjin Zhongji Equipment Manufacture company has expanded its enterprise scale and business scope,and gathered a increasingly number of employees.In this condition,many problems occurs in manual management of human resources,such as slowly information searching,heavy workload of maintenance and statistics,high error rate,poor confidentiality of personal information,and resources wastes caused by massive paper documents etc.Therefore,the leaders of our company all agreed that our current costly and inefficient human resource management should be replaced by cost-effective information systems as soon as possible.Based on the actual needs of human resources management in Tianjin Zhongji,using professional software engineering analysis methods,design methods and implementation techniques,this article comprehensively analyzes the factors of the current human resource management business processes,characteristics,problems,etc.By doing so,it completes the design and implementation of human resource management system of Tianjin Zhongji.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The author conducts a study on human resource management information solutions on Tianjin Zhongji.In this paper,the author tries to seek solutions from the perspective of management systems and information technology through investigations and researches on the current business contents,work flow,operational requirements of Tianjin Zhongji's current human resources management,and abroad existing mainstream human resource management system.2.The author makes a research on human resources management system standardization of Tianjin Zhongji.The author investigated various nonstandard phenomenon in Tianjin Zhongji's human resources management in this paper,such as poor attendance management,incompetent compensation management etc.In order to solve these problems,the author seeks to use systemic rule configuration to standardize these management processes at the greatest extent,so as to specialize and standardize the company's human Resource Management.3.The author studies the architecture design and technical route implementation of this system.On the basis of relative software engineering theory and technology,the author researches and points out the technical route and implementation framework of the system from the various needs of this system.Taking B/S as the development model and JAVA and JSP as programming languages,comprehensively utilized J2 EE technology and SQL Server2008 database management system,the author finds the way to optimize the human resource management of Tianjin Zhongji.
