In the world, mankind is experiencing a global new technological revolution, and the competition of focus for knowledge innovation, technological innovation and industry innovation is becoming more and more intense. The income of human capital investment is much higher than material input. The significance of Human resource is deeply approved by everyone. In this context, Wu Qing District Development corporation intends to build a new system of personnel recruitment and takes advantage of a set of scientific management process to do less for more.This study achieves to design an efficient and convenient recruitment system. On the one hand, That the system increases the efficiency of the organization can reduce repetitive work and also can greatly increase the level of organization and management. With the development of information-based construction, human resources information of this system is also provided to other departments in DS and also offer better data base for subsequent DM and personal decisions. And then, the function of this system becomes a important way in improving business management level.The system is divided into 4 sub modules:Recruitment revelation management module, Applicants applying for jobs module, First examination of applicants module and Final examination of applicants module. Taking into account applicants who are from all over the country, therefore, it is scientific and reasonable to develop applicants application post function module as a B/S model. In addition, other system modules should be integrated into existing information system.The system uses the combination of B/S and C/S structure. The client implementation based on Web mode effectively reduce the overall cost of implementation and maintenance of the system. This project takes advantage of the widely used SSH technology. The struts can reduce the consumption of development time, Spring can reduce the complexity of system development, Hibernate framework can easily manipulate a variety of database application.With the help of this system demand analysis and modeling business analysis function combining with UML use case, we can use information technology means and personnel recruitment as the breakthrough point to improve the work efficiency of human resources construction system completely. The system can meet the need of three kinds of users:1. The department users:hiring revelation, department audit, external release, primary.2. Users applying for jobs:applying for jobs, perfecting the personal information.3. The administrator users:to issue notice audit, staff units of final appeal.
