With the application of information technology continues to expand, its advantage has been well reflected, the human resources recruitment information management is the core part of the informatization construction of Power Grid Corporation, which has the characteristics of business process more and more complex, traditional processing model has been unable to meet the electrical network group of high reliability, high security and high efficiency requirements. In this context, to realize the information construction of human resource management has become the development trend of Power Grid Corporation, the final system must cover the recruitment of human resources management of all aspects, it is helpful to improve the power system’s management efficiency and management level.Methods in this study, based on the object oriented completed the research and analysis of human resource management system. First, the recruitment of human resources management system research present situation analysis. In business analysis, the activity diagram in the form of State Grid Shaoguan, analyzes the existing recruitment management, in order to find the defects were improved, based on the optimization of the business. In the analysis phase, the use case diagram way to clear the system permissions, the package diagram defines the system function structure, which is composed of information management, recruitment management, test management candidates, interview management, recruitment management, system management functions. Finally, in the analysis of data, in the form of thumbnails of the system’s data demand, and then analyzes the relationship between the various entities of the system, and the database table structure, in order to build a model of data storage efficiency of the system.The analysis and design of the human resource management system has been completed, forming a complete analysis scheme, which lays the foundation for the construction of system.
