In the modern time, because of the great competition pressure for the enterprises whichpay more attention to the efficiency of competition for talent. The efficiency includes theefficiency of human creation value and the efficiency of selecting, distributing and getting thetalent. The latter is very important for the former one, even decides the initial efficiency ofhuman creation value. And the process of getting, selecting, allocating the talent is called therecruitment of human resources. This paper is based on the management of human resourcesinformation to design and implement the electronic human resources recruitment system.This paper adopted the concept of human resource management which is based on theinformation management, used the information technology to transform the abstract, recessivehuman resources information into the dominant resources which is identifiable, spread easilyand used easily. Transform the human resources to the Shared resource socialization, so thatthe demanders can be identified, shared and according to the combination of requirement todeduce the information resource which improve the efficiency of the human resource.Through the integration of human information resource, build the center database can solvethe out of control of human resource dispersion, avoid the Human resources informationisolated island, improve the transparency of the human resources changed. This system canalso through the allocation of management function to assign different authority to themanagers who are in different levels. It can offer the most efficient human resourceinformation, create the great human information sharing mechanism, build the teamworkmechanism and reduce the loss of talent by the information monopoly. This paper introducedthe process of design and implementation for the electronic human resource recruitmentsystem in detail. Including the introduction of the development background of the system,running environment, function analysis, module design, database structure and so on. Thissystem adopted ASP.NET to be the development tool, SQL Server2008to be the Database,implement the functions such as user registration, login, the job information release, newsviewing and so on.
