Design And Implementation Of University Personnel Recruitment System Based On J2EE

Currently, a lot of online recruitment systems are popular:the large ones oriented to the whole society such as Chile and 51 job, and the small ones used by independent companies. However, the personnel recruitment in Colleges and universities is special. For example, they have different personal information requirement from the applicants with higher standard. Their recruitment management has strong personality characteristics. Therefore, to build an independent universities and colleagues'online recruitment system has high practical value.This paper tries to design and implement a set of colleges and universities personnel recruitment system based on J2EE development framework, in order to achieve the system products, and to adapt to the business requirements and functional characteristic of the majority of universities and colleagues. The main content of this article is:to analysis of the current status of university personnel recruitment and personnel system, describe the development of university recruitment system product significance, Introduces the system development platform, Java Oracle database system development and related technology. The recruitment of university personnel business, from the functional and non functional aspects is analyzed in-depth here, including the analysis of user and role, business process, registration, audit, management & safety, and other non functional requirements. The overall design and detailed design of the system are done in this paper, it focuses on the description of the user interface design, module design and implementation of recruitment plan and post management, user registration and recruitment, resume management, recruitment management audit, statistical analysis and system configuration management etc.After this system is completed, it could satisfy the common requirement of recruitment from universities and colleagues and improve their recruitment management level and efficiency. At the meanwhile, this product orientated design could be easily copied to different universities and colleagues with quick execution and obvious result.
