Design And Implementation Of The Mobile Internet Operation And Maintenance System Based On ITIL

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, the traditional management mode of operation and maintenance in the mobile Internet enterprise practice processes lack of a unified security and data resources, information sharing is not sufficient, the mobile Internet enterprise have a lower efficiency. Internet companies prefer to use ITIL. ITIL have high reliability, availability, and security, ITIL can combined with ITSS model, standardize the operation and maintenance of basic Internet companies work processes, reduce the risk of business operations, enhance the enterprise IT system operation and maintenance services capabilities, enhance customer satisfaction.This thesis first analyzes the mobile Internet business operation basic mode and maintenance management,then analyzes the mobile Internet enterprise IT operation and maintenance management of the basic model; Second, This thesis discuss the ITSS service standards and operational framework. At last,this thesis discuss the Internet business IT operation and maintenance management business process requirements, combined with various elements ITILV3.0 framework designed the architecture and framework based on mobile internet business model ITILV3.0 IT operations management platform.This thesis focuses on the transformation of ITSS and ITIL combine mobile Internet IT operation and maintenance management, data center configuration, authentication services architecture and other major content. This thesis design the system of operation asset management module、operation and maintenance monitoring module、operation and maintenance of automatic on-line management module. In the Linux operating system environment, we use Python2.7 language and MySql database system functions. Practice has proved that the ITILV3.0 basic model is an effective management methods.
