Analysing the domestic operational maintenance markets and operational maintenance management system software, design the scheme of operational maintenance management system which is practical in use of the characteristic of Java, C and Flex based on ITIL.This system is consisted of desktop,basic manage,information desk, operational maintenance service, operational maintenance monitor, operational maintenance statistics with emphasis information desk module and operational maintenance monitor module, operational maintenance flow, knowledge base.The information desk module is a important module,it deals with the request of users, incident, question and provides interface for the other action and workflow. The operational maintenance monitor module is consisted of Topology, Element Monitor, Mail Server Monitor, Alarm Management, it completes element monitor and alarms processing and discovers problems earlier than users and keeps systems running smoothly.I solely do the requirement analysis, constructional design, designing of the detailed process.I have finished the eight modules that are consisted of desktop,basic manage,information desk, operational maintenance service, operational maintenance monitor, operational maintenance statistics with emphasis information desk, operational maintenance monitor, operational maintenance flow, knowledge base particular designing.
