Nowadays, the economic construction of our country has an increasinglydevelopment and we have gaineda lot of great achievements.However,behind theseachievements, it is the growing energy consumption, as well as the increasinglyoperating costs.As the12th Five-Year Plan puts forward to promote science andtechnologyof the energy industry,further enhance the level of energy managementservices, reduce the daily construction costs and enhance operational efficiency inorder to improve economic efficiency, energy management work will be more toreflect its role.This thesis is based on the Research and Demonstration of Energy Monitoringand Operation Maintenance Management System of the Large Public Buildings,which is a major scientific and technological project in GuangdongProvince(No.2012A010800012).It expends around energy operationmaintenancework,stating the design and implementation work of Energy OperationMaintenance Configuration Management Systemin detail.This thesis mainly resolvesthe configuration items’ management and maintenance work of the system.Besides,itapplies ITIL flow thinking,linking change management and configurationmanagement flows together by applying the open source workflow system YAWL.Itmakes the operating procedures of the system more standard and it also improves theefficiency of the system,in order to achieve the goal of saving the building’s operationcosts and improving the overall efficiency.Specifically,the main work of the thesis includesthese contents as follows.To thebegin with,analysing the requirements of the system refer to the thinking ofconfiguration management and change management of IT service supportingmanagement,combining the need of energy operation maintenanceconfigurationmanagement.It expands the application of ITIL flow into energy operationmaintenanceservice field in this way and finishes the design and implementation workof the energy operation maintenanceconfiguration management system.Thissystem has a united management on all configuration management items(includingcompany,building,area,department,power grid,location,device andcomponent),andimplements configuration management flow on all items.Furthermore,studying thebasic application of the open source workflow system YAWL,defining the flowplanning and task execution sequence module processing,then making it operate thework throughout the system operation, and combing the contents of configurationmanagement and change management closely.In addition,applying J2EEtechnology,finishing the Energy Operation Maintenance Configuration Systemultimately,which applies layered architecture under the guidance of softwareengineering thinking, going through some periods including requirementanalysing,outline designing,detailed designing,programming and testing.This systemmainly implements three functions including configuration management itemmanaging, configuration management item searching and configuration managementitem changing.In addition,it has provided the simple function of assets recallaccording to analysing by assets lifecycle and searching by some keywords ofassets,which can supply data support for operation maintenance activities andimprove the efficiency of operation maintenance work.
