Analysis And Design Of IT Maintenance Management Center Based On ITIL

The thesis, by analyzing the source and background of IT maintenance management center, the problem of maintenance management in modern companies and the meaning of designing the system, focus on the main business function and the technology that be used in the system. Here in the thesis, the authority control of original maintenance management system was improved into one that can strengthen the reliability and availability of the IT maintenance management system.According to a basic request process, the business function module of IT maintenance management center realized in this thesis includes incident management, problem management, task management, change management, asset management, and knowledge management. The general modules of this system are configuration management module and authority control module. The development process of this system followed the process of software engineering. First, this thesis analyzed the market requirement. Second, it designed the UI prototype and business process. Third, this thesis finished the coding of dynamic pages and business function modules. Finally, it made the test both functionality and unit. In all, the thesis analyzed and designed a prominent information service platform.
