Urinalysis test has become an important indicator of health status, and therefore urine analyzer has become an important medical instrument to be applied to the detection of clinical medicine, urine analyzer has become an important medical tool being used to detect the chemical composition of human urine.Urine analyzer for doctors to correctly diagnose the patient’s urinary diseases provide a convenient and efficient means of detection.Urinalysis system can give patients the PH, nitrite,glucose, protein, occult blood, ketone, bilirubin, urobilinogen, specific gravity,leukocytes, vitamin C and other ingredient content in the urine sample,thereby to determine whether there is diseases in the kidney and urinary tract,and according to the content of each component in urine to determine the severity of disease.Most of the current common urine analyzer are large and not suitable to carry,so they are used for medical services, and there are still some urine analyzers are unable to independently process the data, they still need the help of computers and other tools. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing urine analyzer in the market,developed a new type urine analyzer based on Image.The new Urine Analyzer can analysis the glucose, protein, occult blood and other ingredients quickly, it can process the data dependently. the main contents are as follows:In the choice of the main chip, compared with the conventional single-chip 51 this design chooses the STM32F4 xx series of embedded chip as the main chip. Its frequency is high, it can process large numbers of of image data quickly.And the addition of a variety of peripheral interfaces reduce the complexity of the chip circuit.In the choice of image acquisition components, we choose the two million pixels OV2640 camera.You can contact the pixel values of all blocks on the reagent test strip,without the transmission of the stepper motor,so that the operation rate has been significantly improved.In the choice of the lighting,the design choose the annular light source to achieve a stable irradiating light source while reducing the influence of light on the test results.We use the LCD touch screen to show the results, it can not only achieve the key functions,but also can show the results eliminating the need for a PC user interface. It provides an integrated of functions.In image processing, we found the strip border by vertex and reduce the image noise by median filtering method.It completed the reagent block position detection and reduces the missing information by compensating the R, G, B data. The data is compensated and processed by the reflectivity method. Finally,we calibrate the instrument,so that it can achieve the appropriate requirements and the test results are accurate and stable.For the conventional MCU stepper motor design, we use the embedded chip as an image processing method,In this paper, this method enhanced the whole system performance,improved the operating speed and reduced the circuit complexity while ensuring the stability and accuracy.The use of the LCD screen achieved the integration of the instrument and make the overall performance of the instrument more perfect.
