In this paper, optical image acquisition and processing based on CCD was studied. At first the application programming interface (API) provided by Lumenera Inc. was applied to control the CCD hardware, including the changing of the hardware parameters and the acquisition of the image etc. Then the field of optical image processing research was focused on, the diffraction efficiency in the light of device testing system and wave front testing system were realized using the mixed VC and MATLAB programming technology, finally a infrared imaging spectrometer test system which functions was relatively complete was designed and developed .Firstly, in the basic control model direction, the programming functions of Lumernera USB Camera API was explained, based on the level of hardware control , the user interact level and the process control level, the APIs were packaged a CCcdCrl Class and a ActiveX Control. They were applied successfully in VC, VB and LabVIEW.Secondly, the basic control module was preliminarily applied in the diffraction efficiency in the light of device testing system and wavefront testing system, this two systems was set up based on the mixed VC and MATLAB programming technology. After acquiring the images using the basic control model, the methods programmed by MATLAB can be called to analysis and compute them.Finally, more systematic study on infrared imaging spectrometer test was done and also a relatively complete software system was established. Storage and display of the 8-bit and 16-bit image was designed and implemented in this system and a set of DFF image storage format was established, which fit for spectrometer test, and three kinds of pseudo-color display plan were designed with the strength of stratification. This system can control the AOTF and the synchronous signal analysis to communication with the computer and AOTF frequency-wavelength control and automatic image capture was implemented, and ambient light was eliminated. At the end, Light intensity of specified pixel and nearby pixels can be extracted; Light intensity and absorption spectrum of multiple samples curve are acquired.In the end of this dissertation, concluding the total contents, pointing out the current problems to be resolved.
